Annual Reports must be filed electronically online with the Division of Corporations at www.sunbiz.org by May 1,2011.  A pre-printed annual report form is no longer available.  All business entities must file the annual report to maintain “active” status.  Payment can be made by credit card, check, or sunbiz account. If you are a profit corporation, limited liablity company, or limited partnership, you must file by May 1, 2011 to avoid a late fee of $400.  Since thre is no provision to waive the late fee, be sure to file before May 1, 2011.
